Multi-contractor site coordination, project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring; review of IFC drawings, BOQs, and contract documentation against approved plans.
Preparation of contractual responses to contractors’ letters and RFIs, processing of NCRs, SORs, and IWRs, and technical documentation ensuring compliance with contract conditions.
Working knowledge of NSCP, BS 8004, and ACI 336 compliance, with AutoCAD and PlanSwift proficiency. Available immediately and willing to relocate to the UAE.
